I recently had a fantastic stay at a small hotel in a great neighborhood in Baku. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old City and other popular areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with the added bonus of having a balcony where I could relax and take in the city views. The breakfast was delicious, with an outstanding omelette that left me feeling satisfied for the day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great.

The room was large and since it was a converted home, I felt like I was a house guest. There was a comfortable, shared seating area between three rooms. I think there were only 6 rooms in the whole place.

Stayed here to celebrate NY with my wife and two friends, everything was above my expectations, the location, the staff, all was exceptional. Actually felt they were our adpoted family. The B&B is located close the old city and you can walk around the main parts, free Wifi was an added bonus and the rooms were spacious and well kept, a little hot would you believe but fairky cld time of year to be fair.

We loved the hotel's great location near all landmarks, as it's very close to the uptown shopping areas and the old city center. Transportation was easy as there's a metro station nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained and modern. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We absolutely loved the Swan Hotel. We joined friends for a city break over New Year and had no idea what to expect from Baku. The minute we arrived to this lovely warm hotel we were greeted by one of the lovely staff. We arrived way too early (8am for a 2pm check in) and apologised and asked if we could leave our bag whilst we went for a roam around. Not only did they insist that we went to our room straight away as it was available but they also cooked us a lovely breakfast. The hospitality blew us away and the room was lovely. We even had gowns and slippers which was not something we expected from this hotel. They organised a couple of excursions for us and also airport transfers. I would not hesistate in recommending this hotel or indeed going back again.

The hotel was a great value for the price, offering comfortable rooms with balconies and a filling breakfast with outstanding omelettes on request. The staff was attentive and the location in a good neighborhood was convenient for exploring the area under reconstruction.
Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The breakfast offered a variety of traditional Azerbaijani dishes and desserts that made me want to try more. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Old City and Nizami Street. I was also impressed with the kind staff who always tried their best to help.
My experience at the hotel was not as great as I hoped. The room had a few ants, which was highly unpleasant.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience! the location was perfect, as it was situated near all the popular shopping areas in the uptown district. the hotel was sparkling clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Despite the area under reconstruction, the hotel was a peaceful escape from the bustling city. the service was top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of traditional and international options. the room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and a bar fridge.
One minor issue was the difficulty that taxi drivers had finding the hotel.

I spent my Easter holidays at a small hotel in a great location. the staff was very polite and welcoming. the breakfast was well-prepared with fresh foods to choose from. the hotel is situated near the sea and historical sites which meant we could walk to the places we wanted to visit. the room was comfortable and had a great view of the city.
There wasn't any tea or coffee maker in the room. We had to walk down to the reception every morning to make a cup.
